I’m 6 weeks post single mastectomy with tissue expander implants
I had my first fill on Friday , and since then have noticed something sharp poking the top left hand side of my breast . It feels like it could be a plastic stitch come loose or possibly the synthetic mesh.
It’s very close to the skin and I’m worried it might pike through and get infected

It is possible that the sharp object you can feel in your left breast is the port which sits just under the skin. We would suggest you contact your breast care nurse or treatment team who can assess.
