Hi, has anyone had a positive response to her2+ skin mets? I was diagnosed with them this week. I have also got small lung nodules. I started Kadcyla on Tuesday. Am feeling really tired but hoping it is working. I am not sure how quickly I would see a difference if it was. Thank you. Xx

I have skin mets and “indeterminate lesions” in my lungs. I was diagnosed triple positive April 21 and also had a patch of skin which also turned out to be her2+. I had EC and Dox and Radio  in 21 and was on Phesgo, I’ve done 15/18 treatments. It has come back in the skin on my breast whilst I was still on treatment. I’ve now had a mastectomy and am awaiting their next steps which I think will be Kacdcyla. I wondered how you are and what other treamtents you may have had? It seems quite unusual as it’s hard to find people with the same.
