Skull Mets - parietal bone

Hello lovely forum ladies

I am due to see my oncologist tomorrow but I am worried sick after seeing the results of a recent PET CT scan and any advice or hope would really be appreciated.

I was DX with Stage 4 BC after my spine fractured November 2018. I have Mets in my spine (various places most recently C3, T4/5 and L4/5), sternum and left shoulder blade, left and right pelvis and the top bit of my right long bone at the joint it connects with the hip. Luckily no organs or soft tissue, except in chest wall where recurrence is after mastectomy.

I started Letrozole and Palboclbib end Jan this year  but recent scan shows progression in all areas. I also have a lytic deposit in the right parietal bone which j have discovered is most probably skull Mets.

Has anyone had skull Mets ? If so is there any treatment for this - chemo or rads? How does it affect prognosis ?

I don’t know what to do. Firstly I found out treatment has failed quite early on. Second I have skull Mets now so really not feeling over positive and  quite worried about my long term prospects.(I am 50, single mum, 2 boys)  Thank you for reading my post.
