Sleep app/story link

Hallo,

I recently saw that one of you lovely ladies had posted a link or details about a storytelling app which can help you to get to sleep. I seem to remember that she posted a photo and it had a house on it, but I haven’t been to find it in any of the threads I have searched.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Sleep is still such a problem and whilst I usually use an app which plays the sound of rain, I’d love to try a storytelling one in case that might help :woman_facepalming:t2:.

Thank you :kissing_heart:

I’m not sure which one was posted about but I use the headspace app to listen to their sleepcasts which sound like it could be what they were talking about. I can share a link for a free month trial if you want to check it out.

Thank you so much. I have found it - here it is, in case it may be helpful to anyone else - https://youtu.be/6tW3rdTqRj8?si=ysPSZYn_F_VmJO_5

Thank you kindly @fran

Just goes to show how technology-challanged i am .

Best wishes xx

I like letting kids take the lead with story choices too. Adding silly voices or asking simple questions during the story keeps them engaged and makes the routine way more fun and meaningful.

I’ve been mixing things up by adding free bedtime stories for kids into our routine, especially the ones with audio. Letting my kid pick a story keeps them way more engaged, and the narration helps on nights when my voice is running on empty. It’s been a nice shortcut for smoother bedtimes and gives us something cozy to share without overthinking it.
