small breasted (32B) how will it look with a lumpectomy??

I need help with deciding to do lumpectomy or mastectomy! im about a 32B…(breast fed so they’re not perky)  How will it look if i do a lumpectomy?? Is it worth it being smaller, and saving your breast…than going to a C cup with a mastectomy, but losing a breast?

I am a 32A and had a lumpectomy but where it was in breast (as you look down - left breast and to left of nipple) you would never know - it was 2 years ago and that breast still has swelling so weirdly looks bigger.

The surgeon will do all they can to preserve.
