So scared: pain and ACR4c

Hello,

I’m writing tbecause I’m very anxious: MRI tomorrow and doctor on Friday.
Biopsy last Wednesday: ACR4c
Background:
June: the impression of feeling a rather sensitive (pain comes and goes) lump, a sort of plaque under the skin. My gynecologist sends me for an ultrasound (last mammogram in October 2022) —> a small 55mm cyst and a mastosis “placard” to watch for in 5 months.
October: follow-up ultrasound: a 5mm hypoechoic nodule with posterior attenuation to be biospied.
last wednesday: mammogram, ultrasound biospy. But asked to have an MRI because the nodule could only be seen on ultrasound and not on mammography. No axillary adenopathy on ultrasound.

I’m very scared… for the past 2 weeks, I’ve had a very painful spot under my breast, towards the mammary fold. I feel pain when I press on it or when my cat comes on top of me and puts its paw on it. I wonder if it’s already a ganglion under the breast? I thought we only had ganglions near the clavicle and armpits, but maybe it’s one there? From the images I’ve seen, the pain is located towards a lymphatic vessel. So now I’m afraid of inflammatory cancer.

Do you have any experiences to share? I’m tired, I’m so scared… Thank you…
