So scared

After a routine blood tests showed raised liver enzymes I had an ultrasound… This showed multiple highly suspicious lesion on my liver.  My gp was worried and referred me for a ct which I had yesterday. However my breast consultant is much more relaxed about it and said ultrasound is my always reliable. My gp surgery rang tonight and he wants to see me tomorrow. I don’t understand why when is knows I know the possible diagnosis and knows Im seeing a breast consultant next Wednesday.  I am hoping he is going to say the ct was normal and he wanted to see me so quickly to put my mind at rest. Am I bring too optimistic?

Just to say I had globular invasive BC in 2014 and had the works treatment wise. My heart is actually beating out of my chest

Hi there, I understand how scared you must be, we’ve all been there on this forum. But look, worst case scenario, if you do get bad news, please know that the medications have moved on tremendously since your primary diagnosis in 2014, and there’s more drugs coming down the line.

Take care
