cannot beleive we are all in the same boat
how in the world do we all keep afloat
with the needles and poison they pump in our veins
tired and lethargic and so many aches & pains
the runs and the sickness we all have to bear
and the big baby budgie without any hair
we really dont relise how strong we are
till were hit with this thing aint it bizzar
we end up like lizards with all our dry skin
we need tlc from our next of kin
our periods stop & our brain looses cells
we all loose our temper and some of us yell
we cry & we laugh as much as we can
out of the fire and into the pan
our hair will grow back in the places it should
and we will get through this thickening mud
so all baby budgies waddling about
when we are finished we can scream and shout
we can tell other people what we have been through
and give them some tips in case they need you
all of the freinds we made on the way
will be with us always just let me say
so sunshine and rainbows i wish to you all
i will always be here if you think you should fall,
we are the strong ones and we dont even see
we carry on regardles, untill we are free,
