Anyone experiencing sore arm after Chemo sessions? My arm remains sore when I stretch it out or twist it. Any ideas to help alleviate?
Hollyh, found using one of those microwaveable heat pads helped and rubbing ibuprofen gel on arm, but do check with your team first that’ll be ok if you wanted to get it a try. Veins can take a battering and you can end up looking like a shark has attacked your arm, but your veins do recover after chemo Hope that helps
