Yes, I have used it for years to address arthritis in both knees. I have been using it throughout my breast cancer treatment. It helps with the pain that comes from my joints swelling.

You can get sour cherry extract both in tablet or liquid form (the liquid is very sour though!) they are both available on Amazon.

You can buy it at the grocery store or health food store. Make sure it does not have other stuff in it like sugar. It’s tart but good!
