I’m very sorry but I’m having to pull out of Wednesday’s get together too. I have to wait in for a call from a cardiologist to discuss whether I’m to have an angiogram on Thursday or not. Hope to be able to meet you all on another date.

Such a pity that tomorrow is postponed. Can we go for another date? I will only be able to make evenings from this Friday as my son ( who is 5) breaks up from school this week. I am still off work and can still do coffee etc.

Sorry everyone, can’t make August 5th, I’ll be tangoing the night away as we have a dance lesson every Friday evening. Hope to be able to come to the next get together.
Had a lovely comment from the nurse who came to take me to the procedure room when I had an angiogram last Thursday. They weren’t quite ready so we chatted for twenty minutes or so. Then I lay on the bed and as she went to put an oxygen mask over my head,the wig slipped a little. She whispered in my ear, “So sorry, I’ve only just realised, I’ll be very careful”. I could have hugged her.

I am still coming, but I cant say a time yet, as I am waiting to hear if I am having an appointment on Friday afternoon at the hospital. Was given some upsetting conflicting information on Monday, so hopefully seeing someone else who can let me know whats what.
