Just wondered of there is anyone living in the south manchester area who fancies meeting up for a coffee and a chat. I was diagnosed in July and am half way through my chemo, had 4 epi and start my cmf next wednesday. Not had too many bad physical symptoms on chemo, but have cyclical depression linked to my treatments and have had to go on anti depressants, thats been pretty tough, still having crap days. Managing to go into work most of the time, but just getting over a cold so haven’t been in this week.
If anyone fancies meeting up let me know.
I’m not in Manchester, but nearby - I live in north staffordshire and travel regularly to Manchester for treatment at the Christie. I was diagnosed in June, and started chemo in July. Have last (8th) chemo next week, then mastectomy planned for January, probably followed by rads.

Am having some good days, better when i am in work and can keep my mind occupied with other stuff. I had my mastectomy in August, hope yours goes well for you. Not doubt you are looking forward to your last chemo, hope you got through it all with not too many ill effects.

I’m in Lymm, I’ve had all my treatment at the Bupa hospital (Stretton, Ches). I’ll be going on the NHS after christmas, I think I will be going to Clatterbridge on the Wirral for Herceptin.
