Hi I am recovering well from lumpectomy (29 Nov 24) now awaiting radiotherapy plan. I really want to get back to exercise but struggling to find comfortable, non bounce, non wired sports bra to fit. I’m scared of causing damage and also trying to protect some cording which I think is not being helped by weight of my breast pulling on it. Hope this makes sense!.
I’ve not had surgery yet, but as a 34HH I always use Bravisimo and use a fantasie sports bra when exercising. Worth a look on their site and maybe a visit to a store if there is one near to you. Hope you find something comfy

I’m a 30ff. I have Panache non wired sports bra. They fit with a cross back .
Royce also make them .
Agree about Bravissimo but many are underwired .
Try M&S too .

Shock Absorber D+ Max is my go to, I am a 38 HH. There’s a wide range of these, and other non underwired sports bras, on Bravissimo.

Thanks ladies. I decided to brave it with existing Shock Absorber and actually found it to be secure enough. Was so pleased to be able to do my PT session again! Being 59 I’m terrified of losing strength and fitness. I do like the idea of zip one so will check those out. Thanks so much for all your suggestions. Stay strong we’ve got this!
