I’m looking for advice on the most supportive & comfortable sports bra post a mastectomy. I have also had radiotherapy to my chest & the skin is sensitive. But, I need a high impact bra for running. Any makes/companies runners can suggest? Also, which prosthetic do you use- silicone or softie? Any advice welcome. Thank you. X

I can’t even buy a nice bra after a mastectomy and reduction… I’ve bought a sainsburys sports one … I was a 34gg now 34d… it works ok with a prosthesis
