Hi everyone, I’m quite keen to get back to full exercise after surgery but finding my current sports bra isn’t really providing me with that “no-bounce” support. Any recommendations for supportive scaffolding please

Sometimes I wear 2 sports bras or wear a non wired bra under a sports bra. I’m not massively big though, normal side about a C and then tissue expander on mastectomy side is about a B. I do do alot of exercise though, dancing, jogging etc. I find Shock absorber bras quite good albeit a bit pricey. However if you find your size in a shop you can generally pick them up on ebay cheaper. I ended up needing to get an A cup one.

I find the cheap ones from Matalan fine, they come in black and white. I’m a 36C or 38B depending on bra makes.
