hello there, i was diagnosed on the 18th sept with b/c after a routine mammograme, i had the lump removed and the central lymph and surrounding nodes, i start radiotherepy on the 22nd, 18 treatments, its feels very sureal at the moment its not quite sunk in i dont think , does any one else feel like this?, is this normal? some days i feel down other days im ok, people say to me you’ll be ok but i dont know anyone who has gone through this, so no one to talk to.

Yes it sounds normal to me, sorry to hear yo have had to go through this, its such a shock hey? I was diagnosed in March and have since had a mastectomy, 6 rounds of chemo also about to start radiotherapy (and it hasn’t sunk in yet!!!) Don’t know what will have to happen before I finally realise.
When does your radiotherapy start, have you been tattoed.
