Start Tamoxifen after radiotherapy?

Hi there :waving_hand: Just came home with my prescription for tamoxifen (TX) with 15 sessions of radiotherapy coming up in March. Stage 2 Grade 2 ER+ HER2- lymph neg. Oncotype was 17 so no chemo needed.

Iā€™m not hugely looking forward to taking TX having looked at the side effects. I think I would prefer to wait until after RT so I can tell where side effects are coming from. What have others done or been advised? Thanks for reading :beating_heart:

Hi, I have been given tamoxifen after 15 sessions of radiotherapy. Was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer last year- stage 3 on left. So far, no side effects with Tamoxifen. Radiotherapy too was fine with only a mild rash on the chest after the sessions finished.
