Started chemo on 1st December - advice please

Hi

I started chemo for triple positive mixed dutcal and lobular BC on Thursday 1st December.  I’ve lost 5lb since then, is this normal?  I feel very sick and everything tastes like it’s loaded with salt.  I am eating although even water tastes foul. I am taking the anti sickness medication which does ease the nausea.  Should I contact my oncology unit?
