Hi all. I’m starting tomorrow at 1030. FEC-T. 3 FEC and 3 T. Nervous but determined. I’m trying the cold cap but who knows if I’ll be able to bear it. Or if it will work! I don’t think I can manage 2 litres of water before I start! Worried about going to the loo when the cap is on. I don’t have a strong bladder. My hysterectomy in April put paid to that. Any advice welcomed. Good luck fellow December starters.
