Stereotactic breast biopsy

Hello,

Not sure if someone is able to help but since my stereotactic breast biopsy that was done 5 days ago I’ve been experiencing some mild discomfort in my upper back. It almost feels like an ache/burning sensation. I didn’t have this before my procedure so I’m thinking this is all linked. They took 15 biopsy’s so quite a mlot. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations please :folded_hands:t2:

Your discomfort is most commonly caused by muscle strain or tension from lying face-down on a rigid table for a prolonged period. This position can flatten or strain the natural curve of your lower back.
