Still need biopsy

Diagnosed with breast cancer Recently diagnosed with breast cancer

I’m not officially diagnosed as I’m still pending my biopsy. This is what my ultrasound said. Does this mean I have lobular breast cancer if diagnosed. I was BI-RADS 4 and it said highly suspicious with increased flow. Any advice is really appreciated 

There is a solid

mass, irregular lobular margins, 1.5 x 1.3 x 1.6 cm
