Did anyone stop taking their Letrozole (or any other aromatase inhibitor) because of the extreme side effects to their cardio-vascular system?
I had PVCs pre cancer Dx but had a lot post radiation and after starting Letrozole. The cardiologist and oncologist don’t communicate and I was frustrated by that and by the oncologist telling me that they recommend I continue the Letrozole and the cardiologist saying maybe it was irritation from radiation. I ultimately changed cardiologists and was prescribed a different med for the PVCs which has helped. I am now almost 2 and a half years in on the Letrozole and now just mainly have joint pain. It is not a low side effect med.
