Let the good times roll Mary! Here’s hoping for an easy ride on this one, and an excellent celebration in a couple of weeks when you’re through with those dangnabbit SEs.
Haven’t forgotten about our planned get together All. Checking out various options. Will do the circular thing soon.
O.M.G you lot can do some chatting when you want to. hehehehe. Just taken me an hr to catch up.
Linda, happy anniversary. Hope your having a lovely meal with OH and you to Sal, hope your enjoying your night off from kitchen duties.
Theresa, got everything crossed for you now, that the results are good.
I have been P.M.P.L at all your tales of bottom parping. At least you all have an excuse and since chemo will be over when we go to the bunk house I’ll leave my pegs at home. On second thoughts, I may bring some for everyone else. I only have to look at mushy peas and I start parping. There was a time when OH crept up behind me and pulled my pj’s down to bite said bottom, just as I was parping. We still laugh about it now.
Mary, one more to go. Fantastic. Nearly there now girl and yours and Rosie’s LGFG day sounds great. Its lovely to get pampered, isn’t it?
I have had the dream about loosing teeth on two occasions and both times the relationship I was in came to an end within days of having it. How weired is that.
Anyway, after a grueling six hours of getting my head pecked about what does this signal mean and what to do in an emergency amongst other things I passed my rules. Ta Dahhhhhhhhhhhhh So back in the cab tomorrow, refreshing my routes. Think I’ll have a ride up to Windermere.
Are we looking for a bunkhouse with good restaurant near by? Really don’t want to be eating Mules grits when we meet. hehehe And I’m sure none of us want to cook we’ll all be to busy swapping stories.
Congratulations, Jane!
Excellent news! Casey’s rolling again. All I can say is you’ve got one good humoured OH there! lol.
Love the avatar Eliza, you look fabulous. Costumes are such fun. ![]()
Trying to find ones that have the eat out option nearby. I’m sure we’ll be fine for cooking, big pots a bubbling, wine a splashing, and Mule firmly tied up in the corner… But it’d be good to have a saloon and eatery at hand too.
Well done Jane ! Your back on the open…ehrm…railtrack… ! whoop whoop !
Looking good Eliza, that is an excellent outfit. Sun is shining her now after a day of wind…no not tht sort of wind…and rain. However, it’s meant to be lurvely tomorrow and for the rest of the weekend, more whoop whoop !
Even more whoop whoop for you tomorrow Mary.
Hope we dont all start having weird dreams at the bunkhouse, might have to stay up all night drinking then… lol .

Absholutely! Hic!
Thanks, Carole & Sandra; I do love the dressing up! I have a posh one that goes over the top of the short sleeved one …
Yes, we don’t want too many weird dreams at the bunkhouse. I actually don’t mind a bit of cooking if it can be done in a companionable way with the wine a-splashing.
Eliza xx
oh dear, there is the Scottish contingency reverting to type…lol ,think will leave the rolled up newspaper and string vest at home tho…
Congratulations Jane…toot loud and long as you wind your way up to windemere…
Great outfit there Eliza…What about a few ghost stories eh! Thats whats usually told at gatherings and sleep overs…not that I know any of course…but would do the job of keeping us awake all night so we didn’t have weird dreams…mmmmmm, does that make sense??
right me for bed…got another good book to read…well nearly finished it, its part of a trilogy. I started watching lovely Clint Eastwood in fistful of dollars…but fell asleep…have a good nights sleep all…
nighty night all
Helenxxx
OK. I don’t mind eating in, long as Mules tied up and there’s no grits to be had. Bet the Old Ones Stew, with a few dumplings would go down good in November.
Love the photo, Eliza. Bet you have great fun doing re-enactments.
Night, Helen.
Yes, it is great fun, Jane. We get to visit some beautiful sites and then after the public leave we have them all to ourselves to play in!
Eliza xx
And the tartan baffies and whisky nose can get left behind too. Lol! Or maybe the nose’ll turn up the next morning whether we like it or not. ![]()
Right, offski to bedski for me. See you all tomorrow.
Morning everyone…![]()
Theresa
Morning all, Hi Theresa
Hope the arms’s okay today.
Congratulations Jane…enjoy your first ride out today, Windermere sounds wonderful.
Love the piccy Eliza, how great to dress up - it must be good fun.
I have a very tender neck today on one side, not sure if it’s a swollen gland or what but very tender to touch. Temp is okay but don’t know if I should mention before chemo tomorrow?
Thinking of you today Mary…yeeha last one

Morning Di…![]()
Probably best to mention it to them…
my arm is grumbling…![]()
Theresa
Morning All.
No harm in raising it Di. It might be a wee infection starting and you could knock it on the head before it gets in the road of things.
See you all later. Got to transport big dog to the vets for a cartilage op.
Morning Carole…
Hope that the dog’s op goes well…
