Study on how women want to spend their time

Study on how women diagnosed with breast cancer want to spend their time

What is the study?

We would like to carry out a survey to find out how women diagnosed with breast cancer want to spend their time. We are interested in finding out about both how you spend your time on daily activities (paid work, household work, caregiving, and leisure), and how you would like to spend your time. This allows us to identify the kinds of government policies which would help women do what they want to do with their time.

Who is organising it?

Researchers at the University of Aberdeen (UK) and Curtin University (Australia).

What is the criteria for taking part?

  • Be female and over the age of 18
  • Have previous had a diagnosis of breast cancer

Are there any benefits for participants?

To thank you for your participation, we will provide you with £5 e-voucher (Costa, Starbucks or Amazon).

What do you need to do?

If you are interested in our survey, you are invited to take part in a short online survey which will take less than 30 minutes to complete. The survey will be kept strictly confidential and will not require you to disclose any identifiable information.
