I don’t know about you but my silicone implant - reconstruction at the same time as mastectomy - feels too tender to lie face down when sunbathing. Just wanted to share that I’ve come up with a solution for those of you who feel the same. I recently went on holiday and used my travel neck pillow to cradle my implant which meant that I wasn’t lying flat on it. It was oh so comfy too. I always struggled to get comfy lying face down but this has been a revelation.
