Hi , after getting my diagnosis in 2023 which resulted in a masectomy , chemo and radioherapy , i struggled to find people to talk to that understood .I must of been surrounded by people at all the hospital visits but never ‘met ‘ anyone to just talk . I couldn’t find any local groups and although forums helped its not the same.
I’ve just finished 2years of Abemaciclib , working through bone infusion and taking letrozole. So still feeling it .
I have started a group in the Harrow area ( NW London area) , just to meet and support others. Please come if its near you, we are still only small, so new faces are extremely welcome. Its free , no membership , drop in , share as much or as little as you like. Be lovely to meet you .
