top bit of right breast feels bigger then the left and when raise arm it loks different to the left breast

Have had it checked out by your GP? I don’t know if those symptoms are something to worry about, but what I have learned from this forum is that it is worth having a breast concern checked out - just to give youself some peace of mind. Alternatively you could phone the helpline as the ladies there are knowledgeable. I haven’t used them myself but have only heard how kind and reassuring they are. The details should be on the site but I am on my phone and can’t see the link right now. I am sure someone else will pop along in a mo and help us out.

I’m just seconding what ThinLizzie has said. You know your body and, if this swelling concerns you, get an appointment with your GP. They won’t think you’re wasting their time.
