Hello,
I have been referred on 2ww due to a hard, painless, 3 cm lump. I had no pain whatsoever.
Now a week later, for the last couple of days my whole breast feels achy and tight (like milk coming in but no discharge or swelling or heat).
Ive bought some new bras and there’s no change.
The lump is still there, I think the same size.
My 2ww appointment is 6th Feb.
Has anyone else had any achy, tightness in the whole breast at all?
I have never suffered with lumpy boobs or achiness, aside from when breastfeeding and usually breeze through periods, that are always regular.

I rang 111 in the end and they advised that I see a medical service within 24 hours and they’ll get GP to ring me.
I have been to work today and am just waiting for GP to call. I can’t see that they could do anything more and in our area, out of hours won’t see you for something that you are already in the GP system for.
