Tam, Zoladex & Cipralex & Tiredness

Hello Ladies

Is anyone else on the above combination and suffering from tiredness well more like totally exhausted.

I finished chemo June 08 then had 4 weeks of rads and seemed to be doing fine but about a month ago I found myself in a very dark place that is the reason for the cipralex but since Ive been on them (only 3 weeks) the tiredness is unbearable as are the hot flushes which had calmed down. Should I hang on in there as this is normal (whatever normal is) or should I go back to see my gp.

Karen,
Sorry you are feeling so dradful. Maybe the last year or so has caught up with you. Half term week I know, are you off work? or too washed out… It is early days re the anti-depress. but it may be worth going back to see your GP.

Me again Karen.
I do wonder how many BC patients end up on anti-d’s during and post treatment. There needs to be better support, it would be far more cost effective.xx
