Tamoxifen and stiff achy neck…anyone else?

Hi,

I’m 47 and haven’t had a period since my 2nd chemo Nov 2019. I’ve been on Tamoxifen now since 1st July 2020 so just over a year. Along with the usual hot flushes my main issue is really sore stiff neck muscles.  You know that feeling when you’ve slept in a weird position and it’s tight and sore the next morning, well that’s me pretty much all the time. Some weeks are worse than others and every few weeks I’ll also get headaches/migraines, insomnia and sometimes low abdominal pains like I’m going to get my period. anyone else had similar experience?
I’ve spoken to my breast care team and they said they may want to run a hormone test to see if I’m through the menopause. Plus a bone scan.
I’m just so fed up feeling like an 80year old!

Hi! I have been on Tamox for 3 years and also have some of these same symptoms. Stiff, achy neck is on-again, off-again for past few months. Did you ever find a solution? Some days it doesn’t hurt at all, some days I feel like I am 90 years old. ]
