I just wondered if anyone else is struggling, or maybe winning the battle of the bulge. I was fortunate to loose weight during chemo, BUT since I have been on Tamoxifen its steadily coming on. I have just spent the week walking about five miles a day, eating healthily and whereas in the past a couple of pounds would have dropped, nothing is happening whatsover. Am I doomed on tamoxifen to never be able to shed the weight, or if I am patient will it come off. Feeling pretty fed up tonight with my whole body image.
