Tamoxifen - Chest Pain/Angina?

Hello there

I’ve been taking Tamoxifen for 18 months (10 mg half dose for the last year) - over the past few weeks I’ve been experiencing chest pains and increased breathlessness when jogging/hill walking (…activities I love!) 

A chest xray has shown fluid on my right lung (same side as my BC & radiotherapy)

My GP is great and has arranged for CT scan, referral to cardiology etc, but knowing that Tamoxifen is the “gift that keeps on giving” ? I just wondered whether any of you had experienced any similar effects with it.  
Just wanted to rule out possible links with Tamoxifen as my GP wasn’t sure if it could be the cause.
