Tamoxifen or no tamoxifen? Frozen embryo to transfer

Hi, Im IDC stage 2 grade 3 (postive margins) er+ pr+. I had lumpectomy docs still deciding if all cancer was removed but looking postive as no lymph spread. I’m 44 in June and have 1 frozen embryo that I won’t be able to transfer if I take Tamoxifen. My er+ pr+ is 7 out of 8 so high on scale of receptivity. I’m waying up options and would prefer masectomy to take Tamoxifen. Docs say maybe Radio + Tamoxifen. Or Masectomy + Tamoxifen + no radio. Does anyone have similar experience of resisting Tamoxifen? Or having embryo transfered after curing? I had IVF 2 years ago with 3 embryos - 2 transfered + 1 miscarriage + 1 frozen. So it’s a big dilemma as only chance of a biolgical child  I’d really appreciate any advice.

Hiyer

I saw that your post hadn’t been answered yet, and although I’ve not been in your position at all, I wanted to reply to push your post back up for others to see! What a terribly difficult position you are in right now, bc is hard enough to make decisions on and cope with on its own, without the fertility and the chances of your one biological child.   I’m sorry Im not able to help you with my own experience, but just wanted to empathise and say hi!
