It is with great sadness that I am passing on the news that Tash1968 died yesterday. I met her loving husband last year when I was climbing Ben Nevis for BCC, and he is committed to doing it again this year in her memory.
Yet another young woman stolen away by this cruel disease. Sincere condolences to her family and all who knew her, especially her husband and young son.
Many thanks Revcat a lovely post.
Me and my son and family will miss her very much.
She got through the treatment for primary cancer last year and never complained.
It was such a shock when it returned with vengeance a couple of months ago.
She is now at peace free from the horrible disease.
I am fund raising again in memory of the wife for BCC and will be on top of Ben Nevis in September.
Her Loving Hubby Mark

So very sorry for the loss of yet another lady taken far too soon by this dreadful, filthy disease.
My condolences to tash’s family and friends and especially to Mark and their son.
It’ s the loss of the ‘young’ ones which hurts most - they’ve not had a chance to make all the mischief they should. At least those of us more advanced in yeasrs (I’m 54) have lived a bit. So sad - and Mark - if you post separately re your Ben Nevis climb I’m sure you’ll get some sponsorship.
RIP Tash
