Iv nearly finished my fec and will be starting weekly taxol in four weeks time. I’m just wondering if anyone has been on fec then taxol and how they found it. I’m not sure how I’m going to be with taxol anyone have any tips and hints?

Hi Charlotte,
I’ve done weekly Taxol, along with a few others on here. I started a thread called ‘Paclitaxol/Taxol’ that’s under the Secondary Breast Cancer section (as I have bone mets) which should help with some of your questions. If not I’m happy to answer anything for you.

Many thanks for the post and the info. I did have a look through the section. I’m really nervous starting the taxol as Iv just got used the fec and now I’m starting again. Thanks for the offer of advice I may take you up on it if I’m unsure of anything.

Hi Charlotte I had 10 weekly taxols after 3 FEC. We all cope in different ways and have different SE’s. If you need to share anything please feel free. From a previous thread you posted, I believe you many not live too far away from me. Feel free to PM me if you need anything. Best of luck. Adi
