Thank you - especially to the secondary ladies

I joined the site about a year ago, just after my mum was diagnosed with bone and lung secondaries. Sadly my wonderful mum passed away on Wednesday. She died peacefully with all of her loved ones around her and I’m grateful for that. She also never lost her independence or her dignity and that was so important to her. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the advice and support we have received from these forums. Although I haven’t posted that often I have been able to find answers to all of our questions and the advice I have received about treatments and drugs has been invaluable. I know for sure that the last year would have been much harder for her and all of the family without this support. I particularly want to thank Dippykate and JaneRA for sharing their experiences so that others can benefit - I admire you both so much. Kate - I know you’re very poorly at the moment and I so hope and pray that you prove them all wrong again. Jane - my mum’s disease was triple negative and you have really helped us to understand the difference that this makes.
Very best wishes and heartfelt thanks to everyone.

Hi Lynn

So sorry to hear your mum has died. I’m so glad she died peacefully and with dignity…hearing that is a help to me.

And thank you for your kind words, and from Kate too…she’s not got on line access right now but I know she too would be moved by your post.

best wishes

Jane
