Wonderful People,
I cannot thank you enough for your support over the past 2 weeks. I am one of the fortunate ones whose diagnosis, made yesterday at my local rapid assessment breast clinic was of a benign breast change associated with ‘getting old’. Your courage and support over the past 2 weeks has been amazing, I am so humbled by this and please believe me I would probably have chickened out of the appointment if I had not had your encouragement for which I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Whilst I won’t be posting on this site with frequency, I will revisit it because I have learned so much from you all, your wisdom, strength and great humour often in the face of adversity makes me realise just how fortunate I am to have met all of you and if I can do anything for any of you please let me know, especially if you live in or near West London.
I now hope to be able to continue to support my sister and her family and resume my bits of volunteering as well as trying to raise some cash for BCC. I thank you again Wonderful People and send each and everyone of you heartfelt good wishes.
Bye for now
