how do i post a post in the main chat without replying to a post please answer as soon as possible

I’m not a mod, but perhaps I can help.
I’m not sure there is such a thing as ‘the main chat’. Everything is done in categories. If you select the most appropriate category, and then subcategory, then you’ll see a big pink ‘New Post’ button at the top (on the right). So for example, select ‘Going through treatment’, then perhaps ‘Chemotherapy’, and you’ll see the button for creating a new thread.
