I have not been on recently but would like to ask other ladies if this has happened to them. I was diagnosed with BC 2014, had lumpectomy & radiotherapy. A few weeks ago I was having a deep aching in that breast, I left it until yesterday, when I went to see my GP. He checked both breasts he couldnt find any lumps, but pressed on top half of the breast which hurt and stated I had thickening breast tissue & has referred me on the 2 week system to visit my Breast Clinic. I am feeling rather anxious & wondered if anyone else has experienced this.

I had BC 2016 same treatment als you. I have had a lot of pain & lumpy bits above the scar. Was very anxious & worried that it was a re-occurrence. I had mammo , ultrasound & biopsy about 2 months ago and thankfully was told it was fat nercosis which is basically scar tissue from the Radiotherapy. My consultant told me to massage with Bi-oil
And to keep doing the post op exercises. I was very relieved. Hope you get positive result
