Hi All. I had a lumpectomy at the end of May and at the time the surgeon felt he might need to go in a second time. I had that op last week but it seems that margins are still not clear so I need a third op next week. Has anyone else been in this situation?

Tamsin I am so sorry to hear they still didn’t get clear margins. I had my 2nd WLE yesterday and I told my BCC that if he didn’t get it all this time I wanted a masectomy. He refused to discuss it as he doesn’t discuss things that are not a current issue but I had my say!
