Hi Cruising Cancer, 

I am 41 and newly diagnosed with secondary breast cancer that has spread.

Would love to hear more about the treatments you have been on and how you have coped with the side effects. I am about to start on Letrozole and have Zoladex injections. 

4 years is amazing, Still finding it hard to come to terms with it atmo.
