Tnbc recurring

My wife was diagnosed with tnbc in 2023 underwent 6 months of chemo followed by a lumpectomy
Following this was informed chemo hadn’t worked and a further lumpectomy was done and lymph nodes in the arm area were removed this was then followed by 19 weeks of radiotherapy and Following this six months of oral chemo which only finished in October 24
Prior to xmas she felt a new lump in her collar bone area . This has been scanned and confirmed its returned or was never away.
Due to her also suffering from rheumatoid arthritis treatment is less available and now we are lost
Mri and ct scan next week
A devastated husband

I don’t have any advice to give but I can feel your anguish and I wish for the very best outcome possible for your wife.
