Hi this may not sound relavent but at the moment I could really do with a good night sleep , with in the last week I found out I had c… and had my right breast removed .
Im on alot of pain killers which have given me trapped wind !!! the pain under my ribs is as bad as the surgery pain if not worse are there any remadies out their I can try as feel I had enough and just need to sleep and not be rolling the floor in pain …
Already Taking windeez and drinking peppermint tea …

Try charcoal tablets. Get them from health store. Or homeopathic remedy carbo veg is good - you can get it from Boots.
