Travel insurance during treatment - please advise

Hello everyone,

 

I hope you are doing ok. I need advice on travel insurance and where I’m best to look for a reasonably priced policy. 
I’ve finished my chemo, had a mastectomy & reconstruction and am awaiting radiotherapy and a reduction (on my remaining healthy breast). Hopefully, by the time I go on my first holiday, radiotherapy will be finished. Other than the cancer, I’m pretty healthy!!! 
can anyone advise where they’ve purchased travel insurance from please? I’ll be looking for an annual worldwide policy…I’m definitely going to be treating myself to some nice holidays!!! ??:airplane:?

Read a recent post from someone in a similar position, Travel insurance wise. Have just tried to find it, but unable to find relevant thread, as wasn’t under the “Work/Travel/ Finance” section of the Forum.

They found Boots surprisingly came up trumps, Travel Insurance wise, ref their BC history and still under treatment wise - couldn’t praise Boots enough.

May be worth doing a Forum search for Boots. Hope that’s of some help, and good Wishes for your ongoing treatment.
