Hi tinfish…there is a thread on here somewhere with lots of helpful travel insurance links…just last week I got travel insurance for a week in Spain very reasonably from traveltimeinsurance.co.uk. My treatment finished last August and still taking an AI.
Hope you get it sorted…
Hi - there is a very good thread on this forum with details of many insurance companies that our ladies have had very positive feedback from. Personally, I have just used Eurotunnel insurance that does worldwide cover (you don’t have to be a Eurotunnel user). Even though I am currently on herceptin and tamoxifen I was quoted only £112 for annual worldwide cover for both myself and my hubbie x
Hi I am off to Egypt in 2 weeks only finished my treatment 7 weeks ago and got 2 weeks travel insurance for £52 it is a cancer care site. It is Bromley insurance I picked it up on breast friends web site good luck
Thank you ladies, I have jsted booked my travel insurance with No limits, they were very nice and the price was the best £154 for myself and hubby. Bromley were very nice but could not get anywhere near.
At least I can go on holiday and not have to worry
Hi ladies, hope you can help. I am due to go to cyprus just before my last chemo in nov, subject to onc/bloods allowing it, can you tell me if there is an insurer that will cover me please?
Thanks debs x
I’ve just got worldwide cover for a single trip for £40 with Allclear. I’m nearly 5 years down the line but still having tablet treatment (Letrozole) In the past ive also used Saga and Insurepink which were both quite reasonable. Good luck.
