Travelling long haul

Hi all
I’m very new to all this and have been given a lumpectomy date of 28.11.24 however I had a really big trip booked with my kids on 21.12.24 to Miami then on a cruise, I’m focusing on this ( no idea why but it’s easier than focusing on the cancer ) will I be able to travel 3 weeks after surgery?

Only your surgical team will be able to tell you this as everyone is different x

Hi newtothis57

Thank you for posting.

Its understandable you’re focusing on your upcoming trip after your recent diagnosis as this is something you’ll be looking forward to, however, as @sunshineandunicorns has mentioned, you would need to confirm this with your treatment team. They can give you a clearer idea of if this is possible given it’s a long haul flight and close to your surgery.
