Hi @shellfish, welcome to the forum.

I found this thread of people discussing a secondary diagnosis in the lung here, which you may find helpful: Secondary breast cancer mets to lungs

We also have information page about this here: Secondary (metastatic) breast cancer in the lung | Breast Cancer Now

We hope you find the forum useful - there are many people who are very happy to share stories and experiences, and if you ever with to ask questions straight to our nursing team, you can do so here: Ask our Nurses your questions - Breast Cancer Now forum

Sending our warmest wishes
Bernard

Hi I was diagnosed with Triple Negative BC in January this year. After multiple scans they found a 12mm lesion in my liver, it was a very emotional time which had lots of ups and downs. I started Chemotherapy and immunotherapy on the 13of February. After 3 cycles I had more scans they have both shrank and I am meeting with the breast surgeon next week regarding a maceotcmy. They are happy with the way I’m responding and hopefully keep the cancer under control. I know it’s going to be a long process and not easy but so many new treatments are coming out every day .
