I was diagnosed in June 2019, underwent chemo which didn’t work , tumour grew and had a mastectomy on the 4th Jan and I am really scared…
Surgery went well but I can’t relax for some reason.

Hi Aileen, I’m sorry you find yourself here, and even sorrier you are feeling so anxious. I think that’s quite normal with what you’ve been through. There’s a nice little discussion going on about anxiety and panic attacks on another thread. Perhaps you could pop into that and join in? Some ideas about diet, exercise and using meditation. I think it could be helpful for you to hear what others are experiencing, and doing. You are not alone. X
