truncal lymphoedema and pain?

I am unlucky enough to have lymphoedema in both arms. My good arm was damaged by a PICC line and was mild until this summer when it swelled up. Then I was stung by a wasp on my cancer side in October and ten days later it came on. I wear two sleeves every day. Since it came on I suffer from quite a bit of truncal pain. Some days (like today) it is really quite bad. I can only wear a sports bra and on a day like this go bra free. It feels like pressure/fluid on my ribcage right across my chest. Do any ladies have pain like this? I have no pain at night but it comes on within minutes of me getting up and painkillers don’t really help. Could it be something else? Breast clinic have examined/scanned me and  now waiting to go back to my gp.

Feeling quite low today with it all!

Havent experienced this really have lymphoedema in one arm and only recetly started being worse but hopefully will manage after seeing clinic. I do get some shooting pains across reconstruction area but have been told its likely to be nerve damage. Hope you got some answers. Best of luck
