Do any of you lovely ladies use Tumeric?If so does it have to be fresh.Some one has told me to put it in warm water with lemon juice. Thank you ? Happy Friday ?

I use it sometimes in almond milk with ginger. I use fresh…teaspoon of each grated. Wear a glove when you grate tumeric.

I use fresh turmeric with fresh ginger and some black pepper, apples and carrots in juice I make each morning ?
